Having been a disciplined and structured marketing leader in companies like Unilever, Royal Enfield, Viacom18 & GroupM, Arvind lets his hair down in his usual gigs as a bassist & vocalist with his band ‘One Night Stand’ and ‘Namo Fusion’.
With his knack to seamlessly balance all things chaotic and gauge the lull before the storm, this member of our tribe is the unified forever shining light through our tunnel!

Chandan’s career of over 17+ years has been spent dodging pitfalls and chasing brand success through ‘Strategy Planning’. He is a pure breed advertising and marketing communication specialist, with a large part of his work life in agencies like Publicis Worldwide, McCann-Erickson, Leo Burnett and Ogilvy.
An avid cross-country motorcyclist himself, Chandan’s experience in Royal Enfield as Global Brand Strategy Head was to build the repeatable model of a zero GRP, highly experiential community brand expanding to many geographies around the world.
This member of our tribe brings his energy, passion and entrepreneurial skills to get diverse teams together and rally them towards a shared goal.

Gautam has been vehemently creating such good days for brands all through his career.
After a considerable stint with one of the largest advertising agencies in India, within the client servicing and copywriting vertical, Gautam finally found his ultimate calling in film making. He chose the road less travelled and laid the founding stone for a content studio and production house. His portfolio includes work with brands across industries, from Automobile to Telecommunication, Retail, Music videos and the likes!
Gautam’s forte lies in creating innovative content for seamless storytelling and brand experience, which reflects through his direction, production and collaboration capabilities in his venture ‘Ketchup studio’.
