In the unlikely event that a purchase made on our webstore has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange/refund the product for you within five days of delivery. Please provide us with a proof of purchase along with original packing materials. Personal care, grooming and “sale” products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Damaged, broken, any damage arising out of negligent use, used and worn products also will not qualify for refunds, exchanges or returns.

We accept payments through RazorPay. All your financial information is secure when you pay for purchases using their gateway.
An order can be cancelled only before it is shipped out. You can track your order online to check its status. If you make a cancellation request, the refund process will be done using the mode you chose to pay by.
We sell both new and used products. Our LP record merchandise has a combination of both new and used and are clearly mentioned on their page. All other products are new.
We do not sell or ship any merchandise against cash on delivery.
There is no way of knowing when used LP records will be available in stock. You can add a record as a favourite and we will send you an email when it is next available. We make sure that all other products are adequately available. If it isn’t then we withdraw it from our site.
Unfortunately none of our merchandise is available to territories outside of India (for now).
We use ShipRocket to deliver orders.
All products are packed to ensure that they arrive safely at their destination. If your purchase is damaged during transit, we will replace it with the same product. If a replacement is not available, you can buy another for the same value. Or you can opt for a refund. You will need to send us a picture of the packing in which the merchandise was received by you to store@simpletribe.in
